Processing Status Filters & Bulk Retry
The Processing Status filter is useful to identify which status the documents in your environment are currently in. You can filter your Documents set by a variety of processing statuses to determine if processing has been successful, or if any have failed.
The Processing Status filter is found in the More Filters menu.
Each processing state has a related fail state where documents can exist. The following statuses are available for filtering:
SUCCESS STATE | FAIL STATE |
Reading Document OCR is performed which makes the document searchable by document text |
Reading Failed OCR did not occur so the document will not have a text view or be searchable by document text No page count to display in the search |
Classifying Document identification performed by AI |
Classification Failed Document identification failed |
Getting Provisions Provisions extracted according to AI Model |
Extraction Failed Provisions not extracted |
Complete Everything is completed successfully |
Not Processed Not necessarily an error state Documents will immediately go into this state if they are not a file type supported for Analysis Supported file types are .pdf .jpg .png .tif .txt .docx PDFs are the only file type that can be rendered in the application without Analysis completion |
Adjusting Pages Document splitting |
Splitting Failed Document unable to be split |
You also have the ability to Analyze and Retry Processing in bulk. Within your Documents set, select More Filters -> Processing Status and filter by a specific failed state(s). Click Apply to filter the Documents set to these results.
Select the documents from the Documents results grid that you wish to Retry Processing (individually or by clicking "Select all results"), and click Analyze from the actions menu.
NOTE - Retry Processing is primarily for use with documents in a fail state. By selecting this action, the application will reprocess ANYTHING THAT IS SELECTED within the Documents results grid, regardless of the processing status. (For example, if a document is Complete, but is included in the selection, it will be reprocessed.)
To proceed, select Retry Processing from the Analyze Document(s) pop-up by clicking Go.
