Release Notes

Purpose/Goal:

In partnership with our new colleagues at Thomson Reuters, we have taken on an exercise to make our baseline Commercial Agreements Model more broadly applicable to the common provisions within a wide variety of commercial contracts. 

Changes:

• Removed overly-specific fields within provisions.
• Reorganized provisions and fields to more accurately reflect the common organization of a commercial contract.
• Added new Provisions and/or fields after consultation with practice experts.
• Attached spreadsheet details the changes made to the model.
