Check to make sure that the Fact Type is not limited to one instance (if it is then this notification would be correct)
If the Fact Type is not limited to one instance, then there is likely an app issue on the Thomson Reuters Document Intelligence side where the "event" did not properly complete in the application. Generally, the Fact does exist based on the action of the user, but it got caught up in the event queue and did not appear to go through
What do I do if I see this notification and the Fact Type is not limited to one instance?
Support will coordinate with the Product team to ensure that all events are caught up in the application so that the action properly applies to the document(s)
