ThoughtTrace app states it has sent a Login email, but I am not receiving the email
If you attempt to login at https://app.thoughttrace.com/, receive an automated response from the application stating that an email has been sent, but do not see any received email, follow these steps:
- Head to https://app.thoughttrace.com/
- Follow the Sign-Up instructions from the login page
- Sign up with your email address and create a password
- You will receive a verification link that will authenticate your email
You should be all set by following those steps, but please click SUBMIT A TICKET in the upper right-hand corner if you run into any issues or don't receive the email. For reference, our Login Troubleshooting Tips article has some good pointers for this issue.
