Troubleshoot Bulk Upload Utility: Nothing happens when I click Import and select an index file
If you click the Import button, select an index file, and then nothing happens, check the index file to see if you have multiple columns with the same header. This likely means you have two Fact Types with the same name. You can delete one of the Fact Types to resolve this.
