How do I manage Users in ThoughtTrace?

Deleting Users who are "Invited" but haven't signed in. 

An email may have been entered wrong or an invited user never logged in and your team wants to remove them from your account. To accomplish this, you will need to send a request to ThoughtTrace to have the "invited" user be removed from your workspace. Submitting a ticket HERE to get the process started. This is not an action that you can complete from within the application.

NOTE: If a user has logged in they cannot be deleted on the backend. This is only for the cases described above where a user is in the "invited" status.
