2023-05-04 12:45 PM CST - Platform team is scaling up resources to address app behavior related to the Identity Service response times being longer than usual.
2023-05-04 11:00 AM CST - Users may experience longer than normal login times as well as unprompted logouts as the Identity Service is showing longer than usual response times. We are monitoring this issue and provides updates as available!
2023-05-01 7:35 AM - RESOLVED - Users can now log in. Please submit a ticket if you continue to experience issues.
2023-05-01 INCIDENT - We have received reports from multiple customers that they are not able to log in. Users receive the message:
"Workspace Restricted
You are not authorized to use this application."
We are investigating this issue.
