Check the System Status

Are you experiencing odd or unexpected behavior in Document Insights or Provision Insights?


  1. Screen is blank and won't load
  2. Documents are stuck in processing for more than 48 hours
  3. Documents are erroring out
  4. You're unable to login to one site but the other is working fine
  5. etc...

If so, please take the first step of closing your browser and trying again. You can also check the system status to make sure the problem is not already identified. If this issue persists, please contact our Customer Care Team at and one of our Customer Care Agents will support you.
