What does it mean to "archive" in Thomson Reuters Document Intelligence?
Quick Read:
|
In Thomson Reuters Document Intelligence, archiving a document, document type, or fact allows you to 'soft delete' that item without losing completely. Archived information can be restored by an admin or a user with appropriate permissions on a document. Archived information can still be searched for and viewed, but not edited, outside of a permanent delete.
To archive a document type or fact type, go to the corresponding admin panel and select archive in the rightmost column of your management grid. The archived item will disappear from your view unless you select "Include Archive" at the top right-hand side of your grid.
To Archive a Document
To archive a group of documents In bulk - select the document or documents in your results grid, click "EDIT" in your bulk actions menu, and select the Archive/Restore option. Once applied the documents will be archived.
To archive a document In the document view - select the Actions menu from the top right of the page, then click the Archive button.
To undo an Archive action, click on the Actions menu and select Restore.
